Fiona obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Warwick and her Master of Laws at the University of California, Berkeley. While in law school, she participated in a business law clinic helping small businesses and an immigration law clinic supporting ICE detainees. Her commitment to promoting access to justice continued into her career, where she became significantly involved with Access Pro Bono and was ranked one of their top 25 lawyers. At APB, she provided legal advice on all facets of housing law, including residential tenancy and strata property law matters.
Prior to joining Haddock & Company, Fiona articled at a full-service firm where she gained experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters. She was called to the BC Bar in May 2023 and is waiting to be called to the New York Bar. In her practice, she believes in providing every client with personalized attention and tailored legal solutions aligning with their concerns. With a proven track record for resolving disputes outside the courtroom, she is always on the lookout for her client’s best interests and prepared to advocate relentlessly for them at trial.
