Valentina Hernandez Paternina

Valentina joined Haddock & Company in summer 2024. Her current practice areas are strata property law, co-operative housing law, landlord and tenant law, and construction law.
She earned her Law degree from Universidad de Medellín in Colombia and was called to the Colombian Bar in 2018, where she operated her own practice representing clients in family and civil actions.

Valentina relocated to British Columbia in 2022 and completed her Master’s in Common Law at the University of British Columbia in 2023. During her articling term at the Everyone Legal Clinic, she gained experience in employment law, family law, and strata law. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024.
