Vedran Rasidagic

Lawyer

Vedran joined Haddock & Company in fall 2020, where his current practice areas include strata property law, co-operative housing law, landlord and tenant law and construction law. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as an insurance defence lawyer for several years. In that role, Vedran obtained extensive experience in general civil litigation and dispute resolution, including conducting British Columbia Supreme Court trials, and a multitude of Examinations for Discovery and mediations. Familiar with both the Plaintiff and Defence sides of settlement negotiations, he is committed to providing knowledgeable legal services and strongly advocating for his clients.

Vedran graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Long interested in practicing law, he graduated from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2015. While attending the latter, he was active in both the human rights and business law clubs, as well as in recreational athletics at both UBC and UVIC. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016.

Raised in Vancouver, Vedran grew up staying active through soccer, rugby and other physical activity. In his spare time, he enjoys socializing, literature, movies, photography and fitness, including weight training, running, biking, hiking and tennis.
