Chris Dafoe

Lawyer

Chris became lawyer following a career in newspaper journalism. After clerking for six judges of the BC Supreme Court, he articled and practiced at large Vancouver firm before joining a leading commercial litigation boutique, where he litigated commercial disputes, libel actions and other interesting matters.

Over the course of his career, Chris has published papers on a wide range of legal issues, including class actions and the evolution of defamation law.

Chris has appeared in all levels of court in BC and before the Federal Court of Canada.
