Chloe Sauder

Chloe joined Haddock & Company in the summer of 2019. Her practice areas include landlord and tenant law, co-operative housing law, construction law, strata property law, and insurance defence.

Prior to joining Haddock & Company, Chloe completed her articles at a legal aid clinic in Windsor, Ontario. Through clinic work, Chloe developed a holistic approach to advocacy, considering her client’s immediate legal needs as well as her client’s long term goal of avoiding future legal conflicts.

Chloe obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree at McGill University in 2014, majoring in English Literature with a double minor in French Language and Theatre. She attended law school in Ontario and is a graduate of Windsor Law. During her time in law school, Chloe was an active member of the Windsor Law’s legal aid clinics. She was called to Ontario Bar in June of 2019 and the British Columbia Bar in September of 2019.
